Thanks for using Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL) and your interest in registering to pay via electronic form (ACH or Wire/EFT). Electronic payments can save you time and money by reducing administrative costs and eliminating postage costs. To receive electronic payment instructions, please complete and submit the Electronic Payment Enrollment form and we will email the appropriate banking information for your use.
The bank information will be emailed to the Accounts Payable Contact Email and Primary Company Contact Email that you provide on the Electronic Payment Enrollment, from achdraft@odfl.com. We recommend you contact your IT department to whitelist this email address to prevent delays or interruptions in delivery.
The banking information provided to you via email will include options with Wells Fargo and Bank of America for ACH or Wire/EFT payments. We welcome use of either bank for your electronic payments and only provide these two options to help you manage bank fees on your side if you have a relationship with one of the two banks.
Important Notice: Electronic payments made to ODFL cannot be posted to a customer account until the details of invoices/pros are provided to ODFL. To ensure timely posting of your electronic payments, please send all remittance advice information related to each electronic payment to cashier@odfl.com or fax to 336-822-5021.
