Authorization for Manual Credit Card Payment Processing

In selecting this manual payment plan, you agree to periodically inform ODFL which invoices and amounts to pay via emails sent to CreditCard@odfl.com. The email must sufficiently identify your firm.

If you have multiple card numbers on file with ODFL, then only show the card brand and the last four digits of the credit card to identify the card to be used. ODFL policy prohibits the sending of the entire credit card number via either email or fax.

Firms outside the USA may also use this plan; however, all payments will be processed in US Currency. Conversion exchange rates to the local currency are determined by the card issuer and are not controlled by ODFL.
