Must Arrive By Date | On Time In Full Service Levels
(MABD) | (OTIF)


Managing your retail relationships require a dependable partner. In addition to avoiding costly fines and penalties, your vendor scorecard factors into decisions on shelf space and promotion that directly affect your brand performance. Three levels of MABD service give you the flexibility to meet a variety of shipping requirements, all with the dependability you expect from OD.

Level 1

When your shipment can't be late, OD Standard LTL can meet delivery requirements with normal transit times. Shipments are flagged in the OD system for monitoring accurate delivery but not guaranteed.

Level 2

When your shipment is due on a certain date (can neither be early nor late), OD Guaranteed service can meet your delivery requirements within normal transit times. Shipments are flagged in the OD system to guarantee delivery requirements are met.

Level 3

When your shipment requires a specific delivery time, OD On Demand service is available. This could be a time-sensitive shipment or appointment freight delivered within normal transit times, or a rush shipment delivered outside of normal transit times. In either case, shipments are flagged in the OD system to guarantee delivery requirements are met.
