Interactive voice response, or IVR, is Old Dominion's computerized telephone system for providing fast and convenient telephone-based access to shipping information. Our IVR system can be accessed at any time, toll-free at 877-633-7344. Here are a few items available through IVR:
- Trace Shipments: Real time status and estimated arrival times are available by phone.
- Rate Estimates: Receive rate quotes by entering shipping information.
- Fax Requests: Send necessary information and delivery receipts, and bills of lading will be faxed directly to you.
