THOMASVILLE, N.C. (October 16, 2009) – Bob Foote, Vice President of the Western region for Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., announced a service center relocation in Sacramento, Calif. The facility, formerly located at 1820 Parkway Boulevard West, West Sacramento, Calif., has moved to its new location, a 142-door facility located on a seventeen acre site at 2920 Oates Street, West Sacramento, Calif.
According to Foote, the Sacramento Service Center will continue operations under the leadership of Service Center Manager Mike Souders, who will direct a staff of 40.
“The relocation of the Sacramento Service Center will allow OD to provide the best possible service to our customers, while, at the same time, providing room for growth in the marketplace in both service and efficiency,” said Foote.
