THOMASVILLE, N.C. (September 25, 2009) – L.B. Clayton, Vice President of the Midsouth region for Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., announced a service center relocation in Lynchburg, Va. The facility, formerly located at 3915 Campbell Avenue, Lynchburg, Va., has moved to its new location, a 25-door facility located on a four acre site at 3301 Mayflower Drive, Lynchburg, Va.

According to Clayton, the Lynchburg Service Center will continue operations under the leadership of Service Center Manager Steve Godsey, who will direct a staff of 15.

“The relocation of the Lynchburg Service Center will allow OD to expand its operations in the Lynchburg area with the larger facility. It is also centrally located with easy access to and from nearby major highways, helping operations move more expediently,” said Clayton.
