New Enhancements Made to Shipping Dashboard

odfl4me Pickups Added; Layout, Colors Customizable

THOMASVILLE, N.C. (September 2, 2009) – In response to customer feedback, the Shipping Dashboard on Old Dominion's web site, ODFL.com, has been enhanced to list pickups created through odfl4me and allow customers to tailor the dashboard to their own specificiations.

The Shipping Dashboard provides registered customers a quick overview of their current shipping activity with Old Dominion. Depending upon the type of account being viewed, customers can review scheduled pickups and inbound, outbound, en route and delivered shipments for up to 14 days.

A simple click reveals details about any given shipment, including purchase order and bill of lading numbers, pieces, weight, shipping charges, and contact information for the Old Dominion service centers handling the shipment.

The newly customizable interface enables customers to create their own experience by dragging information to different areas of the dashboard, selecting their own colors, and deciding which information is shown or hidden.

The Shipping Dashboard is available to all registered odfl4me customers by going to Manage in the main menu and selecting Shipping Dashboard.
