THOMASVILLE, NC (July 24, 2009) – Hugh Morris, Vice President of the Southern region for Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., announced a service center relocation in Montgomery, Alabama. The facility, formerly located at 500 Trade Center, Montgomery, Ala., has moved to its new location, a 37-door facility located on a nine acre site at 759 Industrial Park Boulevard, Montgomery, Ala.

According to Morris, the Montgomery Service Center will continue operations under the leadership of Service Center Manager Barry White, who will direct a staff of 11.

“The relocation of the Montgomery Service Center will centrally locate OD in its territory allowing us to better serve our customers in a more timely manner.  Furthermore, this larger facility gives us the much needed room to grow our business, and increase our efficiency,” said Morris.
