OD Introduces Ability to Modify or Cancel Bills of Lading Created OnlineTHOMASVILLE, N.C. (July 21, 2009) – Old Dominion's registered odfl4me customers may now modify or cancel bills of lading/pickup requests created online with our Bill of Lading utility. This utility enables customers to quickly and conveniently make updates such as adding pallets, modifying weight, or changing the delivery date without the need of a phone call. Online modification is available for any bill of lading created online in the last 14 days and not yet assigned to a driver. Changes to driver-assigned pickups may still be modified by contacting the origin service center. The Modify or Cancel Bill of Lading utility is accessible via a link in the main menu, directly beneath the Bill of Lading / Pickup Request link. It is also accessible from the top of the Bill of Lading page, the FAQs page, and in the customizable odfl4me Quick Links menu. |
