Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. Relocates Savannah Service CenterCONTACT: Hugh Morris THOMASVILLE, NC (July 17, 2009) – Hugh Morris, Vice President of the Southern Region for Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., announced a Service Center Relocation in Savannah, Georgia. The facility, formerly located at 2821 Tremont Road, Savannah, Ga., has moved to its new location, a 36-door facility located on a twelve acre site at 802 HWY 80 West, Savannah, Ga. According to Morris, the Savannah Service Center will continue operations under the leadership of Service Center Manager John Giambruno, who will direct a staff of 21. “The new Service Center will allow us to combine our LTL operations and our Container Operations under one roof. Secondly, this expansion gives us the much needed capacity to increase our efficiency and improve our productivity,” said Morris.
