Dec 23, 2008 -- Economic Conditions Drive Revision In Old Dominion Freight Line’s Guidance For 2008THOMASVILLE, N.C. - (December 23, 2008) - Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODFL) today announced that, due to difficult economic conditions, it is revising its guidance for earnings per diluted share for 2008 to a range of $1.73 to $1.76. Previously, the Company’s earnings guidance for 2008 was a range of $1.90 to $1.95. Old Dominion plans to report its financial results for fourth-quarter and full-year 2008 on January 29, 2009.
