Old Dominion Freight Line Opens New Service Center In Cedar Rapids, IACONTACT: Chuck Powell Thomasville, North Carolina (March 26, 2007) - Chuck Powell, Vice President of the Central States Region for Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. announced the opening of a new service center in Cedar Rapids. The 30 door facility will be located on a 4 acre site at 1139 29th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, IA. According to Powell the Cedar Rapids Service Center will begin operations under the leadership of Manager of Sales & Service, Mike Seda who will direct a staff of 10. Commenting further on the opening, Powell added: “The Cedar Rapids Service Center will improve our coverage in the state of Iowa. It will also put us closer to the customer base in the Cedar Rapids and Waterloo markets.
