Old Dominion Opening New Service Center in Fort Myers, FLCONTACT: Hugh Morris Thomasville, North Carolina (April 24, 2006) - Hugh Morris, Vice President of the Southern Region for Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., announced the opening of a new service center in Ft. Myers, Florida. The 20 door facility will be located on a 5 acre site at 2950 Cargo Street. According to Morris the Ft. Myers service center will begin operations under the leadership of Manager of Sales & Service, Kenneth Varner who will direct a staff of 17. Commenting further on the opening, Morris added: “From Punta Gorda south to Marco Island there exists a rapidly expanding market place. The Ft. Myers service center will allow us to offer a much improved service product in this area as well as allowing us to better serve those customers moving products out of the market area. Secondly, the Florida Intra-State market represents over 40% of the total available LTL business in Florida. Our new Ft.
