Employment: Management/Professional: Vault Logistics Truck Load Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic thinker who thrives on the challenge of building business relationships through focused and meticulous customer support.

In this position you will work closely with our businesses development team to identify and develop a business plan to handle account specific opportunities, and provide additional services to current base of customers. Identify, qualify, and monitor a group of truckload carriers that are held to and provide the highest and most exceptional service.

Other specific duties include, but are not limited to

Managing on a daily basis, a designated territory, coordinating truckload shipments and monitoring carrier performance.

Within a working customer base, schedule shipment, assign carriers, track and trace shipment and monitor carrier performance.

Continually grow a territory be strengthening relationships with existing customers as well as identifying new customers.

Produce and maintain in exceptional order, all necessary documents, (electronic and physical) with all parties, including contracts with customers and carriers.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Unquestionable integrity
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Bachelors Degree or minimum of 3 years of direct truckload brokerage experience freight between shippers and carriers
• Unwavering commitment to the company mission and core values
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities to meet customer demands and resolve carrier issues
• Demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft OfficeŽ applications
• Proficient knowledge of the utilization of web based load boards and rating engines
• Desire for continuous personal and professional development, training and skill building
• Attention to detail and proven sound judgment skills
• Continual customer driven communication and follow up
