How to Register
If you are currently an OD customer, but are not a registered ODFL4Me.com user, you may request registration online. If you would like to become a customer, please call Customer Service at 1-800-235-5569.
ODFL4Me Features and Functions Currently Available:
Shipment Tracing
Trace your shipment by Pro, PO, BOL or Load number. Get real-time status information about your shipment, any time.
Pickup Request
Create a freight pickup request with your customer information populated automatically. Your request is immediately routed to the nearest ODFL Service Center.
Bill of Lading
Create your Bill of Lading online and store your own personal list of consignees and shippers for future use. A PRO number is automatically assigned to your shipment and your ODFL Service Center is immediately notified of your pickup. Once you've created a BOL, you can then:
- Print the BOL instantly, right from your desktop.
- Print shipping labels for your packages and pallets.
- Email your BOL and Shipping Labels. See how
- Reprint your BOL and Shipping Labels anytime you need to.
- Maintain your saved shipper, consignee and commodity description lists.
- Save the BOL as a template to re-use at a later time.
Invoice Inquiry
View your Current, Past Due and/or Individual Invoices. Each invoice is also linked to your Shipping Documents and all images may be viewed as a pdf document and printed.
Customized Rate Estimate
Get an estimated freight charge based on your custom pricing rates. We also calculate standard transit time for your shipment.
Rate Reference History
Retrieve any rate estimate created in the past 30 days using its reference number.
Reports
View your Inbound and Outbound shipments on-line. Select the date range and sort the information by any column. Even download the report as a spreadsheet!
Document Retrieval Enter your ODFL PRO number and view and/or print shipping documents. The following documents currently available online:

Claim Filing
Create and file a shipment claim online. Our Claims Department will start right away to resolve your claim.
Claim Status
Get the status of your submitted claim by PRO #, Claim # or Claimant #.

Use your Credit Card to pay outstanding freight invoices. Your information is secure with our SSL encrypted website and your transaction is immediately verified and applied to your account.
Transit Times by Email
Enter the zip code for any US origin point and a comma-separated (CSV) file of transit time information is sent to your email address.
