Quality Foundation of Success

The Quality Management Process is neither an afterthought nor a separate, or stand alone function at Old Dominion. We have integrated it into the way we operate our business. In 1995, we renewed our Vision, Mission, Values and Success Elements, and incorporated them into a Foundation of Success Model.
The Foundation of Success Model is the basis of the planning and management process. Each of the Success Elements are "owned" and led by an officer of the company.
