Disclaimers: All shipments tendered to Hanjin Logistics / Old Dominion Freight Line under the “Pacific Promise” LCL service will receive a guaranteed date of delivery. If the delivery is not completed within the indicated transit time, the party who paid the freight charges will receive a 30% reduction in their invoice (subject to the Pacific Promise Terms & Conditions) for all LCL and LTL line haul charges and fuel surcharges and upon a written request sent to Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. within 30 days of shipment delivery. All other surcharges and accessorial charges will still apply
Terms of Sale: Rates are subject to: origin surcharges, a $300 minimum charge, a density pivot of 135 Kgs/CBM, floating bunker adjustment factor and inland fuel surcharges and any destination surcharges are outlined in ODFL’s Rules 100 or as described in the Pacific Promise Guaranteed Terms & Conditions. All shipments are considered CFS to Door Delivery and will move on Express Bills of Lading. No shipments involving Letters of Credit, household goods or hazardous materials will be accepted under this program.
